This Privacy Policy describes how PortalLink collects, uses, and handles data when you interact with the application through your Atlassian Jira Service Management site.

Data Access & Usage

PortalLink accesses issue link data and request visibility information from your Jira Service Management site solely to determine which linked requests to display to a customer viewing their request in the customer portal.

This data is used exclusively for rendering the relevant linked requests in real time — nothing more.

Data Storage & Retention

PortalLink does not store, log, retain, or transmit your data outside of your Atlassian site. Key points:

• All processing occurs entirely within Atlassian's Forge platform
• Data is processed in real time, at the moment a customer views their request
• No data is sent to any third-party service or external server

Third-Party Sharing

PortalLink does not share, sell, or disclose any data to third parties. Your data stays within your Atlassian environment at all times.
